* Puck gets injured by the Iron Fey so in the end it's Ash and Meghan finishing their journey to the Iron Kingdom.
** She kills the Iron King using her Summer glamour and the arrow. She rescues Ethan and they return home. The Changling in Ethan's place it forced back into the Nevernever. Meghan has to explain to her mother about her adventures with the fey and then leaves with Ash to fulfill her end of the deal.
